Ms. Shi received her Master's Degree from Mahidol University, Georgia Southern University, and Yunnan Normal University. She has served as Director of Youth Development since True Love's commencement in February 2018. Ms. Shi and her committee provide local and national volunteer resources, ongoing training, coordinate virtual and in-person events, and collaborate with extended supporting organizations to serve True Love families. Through a variety of growth and advancement opportunities, volunteers have been empowered to be engaged and contribute to the special needs society. Ms. Shi is also a Project Data Manager at a pharmaceutical company that supports the development of prescription drugs.

Weiwei He

Behavior Consultant
Project Design Consultant of Life Intervention Program

Ms. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) based in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Medical Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from China. Her career path from pharmacist to behavior analyst to special education teacher shaped her distinctly holistic perspective on intervention and rehabilitation. This interdisciplinary foundation allows Weiwei to bridge behavioral science, clinical knowledge, and functional education in a way few practitioners can. Her work focuses on translating evidence-based strategies into meaningful, real-world independence for individuals with developmental disabilities. She joined True Love in 2026 to support the launch of the Life Intervention Program, where she works alongside families to promote daily living skills, task independence, and functional participation in the community. Her areas of focus include holistic intervention planning, skill generalization to activities of daily living, family-centered support, and health equity in access to rehabilitation services.
