Li Shi

Ms. Shi completed graduate studies at Mahidol University, Georgia Southern University, and Yunnan Normal University. She has served as Director of Youth Development Program since True Love’s commencement in February 2018, leading volunteer resources, training, events, and partnerships to support True Love families.

Ms. Shi has devoted significant time and energy to building an inclusive community for special-needs families. She has organized various community events, created meaningful volunteer opportunities, and worked closely with local partners to expand support for individuals with special needs and their families.

After retiring from the pharmaceutical industry in 2025, where she worked as a Project Data Manager, Ms. Shi devoted her full commitment to True Love’s community service work. In 2026, she also helped launch the Life Intervention Program, supporting family engagement, peer buddy support, and real-life skill-building opportunities.

Weiwei He

Behavior Consultant
Project Design Consultant of Life Intervention Program

Ms. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) based in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Carolina and has a background in pharmaceutical sciences, special education, and behavioral intervention. Her interdisciplinary experience gives her a holistic perspective on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

She joined True Love in 2026 to support the launch of the Life Intervention Program and to assist the Adult Care Center in planning and running daily activities. She works with families, staff, and participants to promote daily living skills, task independence, social participation, and meaningful community involvement. Her areas of focus include family-centered support, skill generalization, functional independence, and equitable access to rehabilitation and life-skills services.
